Our mission
Energy is the foundation of modern industrial societies and is undergoing radical transformation as part of the energy transition. Yet the price of energy is not a law of nature. It is the result of infrastructure decisions, market rules, and political choices, and therefore something that can be shaped.
The Energy Lab analyses how energy costs arise and who bears them, from households to energy-intensive industries. It develops proposals on how energy can be provided as cost-effectively and sustainably as possible.
